Welcome to IFUNDERS LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "IFUNDERS," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to providing professional and exceptional business solutions to our clients. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, products, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Any signing, stamping, or completion of payment by you in relation to our Services constitutes your absolute acknowledgment, clarity, understanding, and acceptance of all terms and conditions herein, and you shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Amendments and Changes to Terms
To align with business developments and continuously enhance our service quality, we reserve the right to modify, alter, supplement, or update these Terms & Conditions, service contents, fee structures, or membership benefits at any time. Such amendments shall become effective immediately upon being posted on our website or platform, serving as a unified notice to all users. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to safeguard your interests. Your continued use of our Services following any such revisions, or your failure to submit a written termination notice immediately, shall be deemed as your voluntary acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the latest amended Terms & Conditions.
2. Service Confirmation and Payment Processing Policy

2.1 Payment and Allocation Confirmation: In consideration of the fact that upon receipt of payment, we immediately secure your service allocation, configure dedicated commercial resources, and initiate relevant administrative procedures, all products, services, subscription plans, membership fees, or event tickets sold by us are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable once purchased and payment is confirmed, as the relevant funds will have been committed to the designated service configuration. It is your responsibility to carefully verify product or service details prior to making payment. We reserve the right of final interpretation and decision regarding this policy.

2.2 Automatic Renewal and Billing: For subscription-based or recurring Services, to ensure that your services are not interrupted, the Services will automatically renew unless you complete the cancellation procedures in accordance with our designated process at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the expiration of the current cycle. We shall be authorized, based on your initial billing authorization, to charge the next cycle's fees directly from your registered credit card or payment account, and such charges shall equally be governed by Section 2.1 above.
3. User Information, Utmost Good Faith, and Indemnity

3.1 Duty of Utmost Good Faith: Successful commercial cooperation is built upon mutual trust. You explicitly agree and undertake that throughout the entire process of application, registration, use of our Services, or joint advancement of any project with us, you shall adhere to the principle of Utmost Good Faith (Uberrimae Fidei). You must ensure that all documents, data, financial information, or background profiles provided to us are true, accurate, complete, and free from any material omissions, misrepresentations, or deceptive elements.

3.2 Account Security: If you register a member account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and related information. You shall assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Indemnification for Breach: If you fail to comply with the principle of Utmost Good Faith (including but not limited to providing false materials), breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or misuse the Services, resulting in any actual commercial loss, claim, or legal action against us, our employees, affiliates, or business partners, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against all corresponding legal liabilities and damages (including but not limited to actual commercial losses, reasonable attorneys' fees, and legal costs). Furthermore, we reserve the right to suspend the Services and handle relevant rights based on the actual circumstances.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in the Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, button icons, and software) is the property of IFUNDERS LIMITED or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or usage is strictly prohibited.
5. Service Basis and Reasonable Limitation of Liability

5.1 Service Basis: While we endeavor to ensure the accuracy and stability of our Services, all services, information, content, and products provided by us are delivered on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the timeliness, security, or complete alignment of the Services with your specific personal expectations.

5.2 Commercial and Third-Party Risks: Any commercial decisions, modifications to your business, or changes in profits resulting from your reference to the commercial advice, market analysis, or information provided within our Services shall be evaluated and undertaken solely at your own commercial risk. Any links to third-party websites or services within our platform are independent of us, and we assume no liability for their content or security.

5.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IFUNDERS LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services. Under no circumstances shall our cumulative aggregate legal liability to you exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by you to us for the specific service in dispute during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding such dispute.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute or divergence of opinion arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to the Hong Kong Arbitration Society for institutional arbitration, which shall be conducted and finally resolved in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong Arbitration Society in force at the time of the arbitration. Both parties expect to resolve any disputes efficiently through this professional and objective arbitration mechanism.
7. Right of Final Decision and Acknowledgment

7.1 Validity of Terms: Regardless of whether it is done electronically or physically, your signing, stamping of any contract, quotation, or document from us, or your payment of any funds to us (including but not limited to deposits or full payments), constitutes your definitive acknowledgment, clarity, understanding, acceptance, and awareness of the entire contents of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of IFUNDERS, and you shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Right of Final Decision: In respect of all matters relating to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or any programs, events, promotional offers, membership eligibility, subscription services, product sales, or dispute resolutions organized by IFUNDERS LIMITED, IFUNDERS LIMITED reserves the right of final interpretation, amendment, and final decision. Any final decision made by us shall be legally binding, and you and all related parties shall not raise any objection thereto.

Prior to receiving your explicit opt-out request, to ensure you do not miss out on any entitlements, "IFUNDERS" will default to assuming that you are happy to receive such information. "IFUNDERS" may send marketing communications or invitations for market surveys to you via email, within your user account, upon your entry into this website, via online banner advertisements, posts, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp Messenger, and/or other instant messaging applications/software.
9. Security of Personal Data
